Annual Garage Sale

Our ANNUAL COMMUNITY-WIDE GARAGE SALE is typically at the beginning of every June. Yearly dates to be announced.  This is a great opportunity for Homeowners to clear out their homes & garages.  It's also a great opportunity for other people to take advantage of great deals. To volunteer to be on the garage sale committee or to give the committee ideas
for the garage sale, email us at Board@CrystalCreekSub.com.

Board and General Meeting Dates

Annual Membership Meeting and Election - Pittsfield Twp Adminstration Building (at the corner of Michigan Ave & Platt Rd)

One of the most important activities that take place at the Annual Meeting is the election of Board Members.  Each year, 2-3 out of the 5 Board Positions are up for election. These Directors will be elected for two-year terms.
